New student: Registration and transportation is done at the school
Change of Address: Moving addresses? Contact the school, their records must be updated, that change will come to WESTS from them
Change of Pickup/Drop off to an eligible address other then the home? Contact the school, this change must ONLY come from them.
Change of Designate names for your JK or SK? Contact the school, this change must ONLY come from them.
Joint Custody: Applying for Joint Custody? Contact the school, the joint custody application form must ONLY come from the school.
Courtesy Ride: Courtesy ride form below can be filled out ONLY if your residential address or your sitter/daycare address resides within the walk zone of a school.
