Windsor & Essex County are divided into two
distinct weather zones or “areas”
NOTICE:
Regarding transportation that crosses between the Windsor (Area A) and Essex County (Area B); Buses will not travel though closed areas.
Example 1: If your school is located in Area A, but you live in Area B, and Area B’s transportation is cancelled, then there is no transportation from Area B.
Example 2: If your school is located in Area B and you live in Area A, but Area B’s transportation has been cancelled, then there is no transportation from Area A
*** Safety Patrols (on foot) will not be required to be on duty on bus cancellation days.
